More about the systems
Don't be fooled, many places use the power rating of their systems as a selling point. More watts do not mean higher quality.
Strictly speaking, more watts doesn't even necessarily mean more volume either, in fact sometimes it can show just how inefficient a system is. If you need 2KW to power a concert capacity of 500 people and a d&b system can deliver for the same capacity at 1.2KW it's clear to see which is the more efficient.
There is no trade off, just better construction, higher performance, and the highest quality.
