Mobilising The Contractors
Last week we signed the lease, now this week we're mobilising the contractors. This is a new venture for us both and we are under no illusions about the challenges ahead.
First up was the architect and he's already enlightened us to some issues about our plans. But we're unfazed and determined to continue.
The electrician, ventilation, and plumbing contractors are due to make an appearance in the coming weeks.
This book has been our holy grail for the past few months, and Chris knows it like the Q-curves on his favourite equaliser. It has inspired our designs and taught us a tremendous amount about the construction of recording studios.
At this point it seems like there is a mountain to climb, and we'd like to thank all our family and friends who have offered support to this project, we can't wait to get stuck in!
The membership infrastructure is coming along nicely and we hope to have them available come the new year. Stay tuned!
